But tired and in need...

Liked: Hotel in a decent area, free parking and close to tube
Disliked: Pillows quite flat and hard

Disliked: Floor board, the noise from the road

Liked: Check in was seamless
Disliked: Fire door propped open. Room needed maintenance - like radiator values needed to be covered. Wouldn't pass a Health & Safety inspection.

Liked: Lovely place, great location. Staff very friendly & helpful too. The only negative I’d say is lack of plug sockets but as a whole great room for us & beds very comfortable.

Disliked: That breakfast although plenty of choice was stuck under heat lamps and cold should be cooked for individuals and HOT.
