Liked: Good location. Thankful that they allowed us to store our luggages after check out since we had an evening flight.
Disliked: We were quite disappointed with the initial room received, as it did not resemble the photographs; it was dark, had visible views of pipes, and lacked natural light. Additionally, we found the gym facilities and breakfast options to be lacking. Made an attempt to request a cancellation through the concierge, but unfortunately, they were quite inflexible. While we were ultimately able to secure an upgrade to a more suitable room at a reasonable rate, I believe it would have been beneficial if there had been greater flexibility regarding our cancellation request, particularly since it was made only half an hour after check-in.
