Wonderful little hotel

Liked: The room was very clean with comfortable beds, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming and present without being overbearing. The location was absolutely perfect. The dining/bar area was charming and breakfast was perfect! I will be staying here again.

Liked: A great local which is very very close to Blackpool North Station and only a short walk to the north pier for the seafront. Lovely staff and a great breakfast each morning.
Disliked: I was only in a single room and as stated on website that was shared bathroom, however I was only one using it.This can be a little pain during the night having to leave room and move around very quite around the hotel to use the bathroom. The single rooms are small and the bed did make a noise when sat on, which was pain as there were no chairs in the room.However I was on my own and because this is blackpool and the time of year I went, I was out all the time, so great money and a place to sleep and again lovely staff and breakfast so can't fault minor things, which some was mention on website anyway.

A great place to stay

Liked: Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from Blackpool North train station and a 10 minute walk from blackpool tower. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was really nice with plenty of choices available and the host Graham was really welcoming and helpful
Disliked: Nothing! It's a fantastic family friendly place and we can't wait to stay there again
