Liked: Big queue for taxis when we disembarked ship so decided to walk….this hotel is literally 6 minutes away even with 3 cases. Hotel immaculate and staff very obliging….lovely relaxed atmosphere

Overpriced, slow maid service and...

Disliked: The parking is ridiculous. Horrible trying to figure out what to do. Front entrance jam packed and nobody around to direct. Cost to valet park was $39 a night?!!??? Even if you’re staying there? On top of the ridiculous cost, we called the bellhop/valet at 3 different times and got no answer. Secondly, the room was not readied after staying the night until 3:55PM. It seemed the priority was to ready rooms for newly arriving guests and us existing ones could just wait. Most of the staff was pleasant, some of the staff were.rude, the other half seemed overworked or just not happy to be there. For such a seemingly upscale hotel, I would expect premium levels of service or at least value. We got neither. Such a disappointment from what this hotel was a few years back when we stayed there. Won’t make this mistake again and you can keep the bonvoy points. So disappointed.
