Disliked: Room was small; shower was a dribble; noise from the road outside was terrible.

Liked: breakfast was good but quite expensive & on top of the inflated room price.
Disliked: I paid £75 for this room to Booking.com & was told it was worth £45. The radiator did not work & the electric heater provided was broken. It was freezing in Nomember! The room was basically a bed in a toilet...I've stayed in 100's of hotel rooms in my time but this was the most depressing I've been in. What's worse is somehow I was overcharged for it by booking.com. It was so cold I had to sleep in my clothes under the duvet. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast which a nice woman made & was good. I arrived At 8pm & all staff went home after my check in so there was no one to complain to. I think I should be refunded some money really.

Liked: It’s very close to the Bangor station, maybe just 1 minute walk. The room is cozy and warm. There’s a big ASDA not very far from the hotel.
Disliked: Everything is good during my stay.

Liked: I enjoyed the warm and funny welcome we got. It included some very useful tips on the neighbourhood. Furthermore is the location just very useful.
Disliked: Nothing, I enjoyed the whole stay and was positively surprised. For the price, I expected less.
