Welsh welcome I the hillside...

Liked: Staff extremely helpful and friendly, good also ery good.
Disliked: Room a bit tired looking could do with some TLC .

Liked: Very pleasant helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Internet connection was very poor. They blamed the bad weather but other places I went during my stay in Bangor had good internet so I don't think it was just the weather.

Liked: The staff, Wendy, was a wonderful lady.Nothing was too much trouble.Location was perfect for our purposes.
Disliked: Weather could have been better.The decor was in need of some tlc.
