Liked: Absolutely fantastic hotel - the attentive staff were also just fantastic; Lidia and the entire team were absolutely perfect.
Disliked: Two of the three lifts were sadly out of service

Brilliant hotel and team

Liked: Excellent staff and super welcoming, really great and friendly. The hotel looked amazing and is well located, and the rooms were fantastic, with great space and bathrooms. Breakfast is brilliant and a great way to start the day.
Disliked: Only small thing, couldn’t cast to the TV so was left with a very limited selection of things to watch!

Great location , friendly staff...

Liked: Great location, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable, and the rooftop bar is a great place to take in the sights of the city and have a relaxed drink. We didn't use the restaurant on this trip but have in previous stays, and it was a good choice for breakfast.
Disliked: The shower in one room needed some repair and didn't run well

Lovely hotel in an incredible...

Liked: The staff were lovely - I let them know there was a birthday and they gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, celebratory chocolates, free room upgrade and free drinks in the Rooftop Bar (we don’t drink so we had to leave the Prosecco but it was a lovely gesture). Breakfast was lovely, great choice from the buffet and additional choice from the a la carte menu included in the price. Location is spectacular, right on Trafalgar Square, but no sound of traffic etc. Beautiful rooms, beautiful decor throughout the hotel, such a great stay.
Disliked: The only issue was that the TV wouldn’t let us cast to it, so we couldn’t watch Netflix or Prime and had to watch normal TV instead
