Unbelievably uncomfortable rooms, wouldn't go...

Liked: The location was great, and central to everything. The staff were very friendly and polite.
Disliked: The hotel was decent enough, but not 5 stars. The room was unbelievably dark, even with all the lights on, which was exceedingly irritating. And the worse thing was the bed. Without doubt, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel, it was rock hard and both my husband and I had cripplingly painful backs in the morning, which stopped us walking around. The pillows were the opposite- just soft and floppy, so much so that when one rested their head on it, it was like there was nothing there. In a 5* hotel, there is normally a choice of pillows, but not in this one.
