Good location and friendly staff

Liked: Decor was good, especially the dining area.
Disliked: The bathroom had a strange drain type smell

Liked: Room was spacious and clean, complimentary water, tea, and coffee which was refilled everyday. Lovely Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. The location was great and even though we are in the centre of London, the room felt very quiet. Bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great - buffet available or menu with items cooked fresh. Rooftop bar always a highlight of our stay.
Disliked: I had a bath one night and the water wasn't that hot.

Disliked: We were given a much smaller room than what we booked. The manager did offered to switch us the next day but we refused due to our short stay
