Liked: Excellent location, lovely hotel with very friendly staff specially the bellboys. Informative and helpful. Walking distance from all the theaters.

Liked: Great view from roof top restaurant. Clean room.
Disliked: Booked room with a view but disappointed. Dont expect decent view. Solo traveller was told that l would have to move from seat near heater on rooftop restaurant if they became busy in January! They werent busy but felt unwelcome.

Liked: The comfort of bed and silence in rooms for sleeping excellent. The location and quality of interior very good but it lacks some of the consistency in service to be top notch. Also, we didn’t come with a Gucci bag and high heals and some times you wonder if staff judge on looks for who fits in or not. The breakfast is not in line with the rest of the hotel image. Danish pastries dry and not fresh and the poached egg rubbery and tasted of water.

The fake tree by the breakfast check in desk was hanging over my head whilst eating and when a child almost made it fall into my head, staff who saw it still didn’t do anything to shift it around or secure it. Strange.
