Liked: The location was great, staff were polite
Disliked: The shower basin would fill up with water and overflow, the toilet didn't flush properly and the cleaners didn't hover the floor or fill up the complimentary tea and coffee

Good

Liked: Nice location, close to chinatown and easy to walk to all other areas within central Manchester. Self service for breakfast, but good quality food and nice hot options to choose from.The bed and bedding very comfortable.
Disliked: The room felt a little tired and worn, more basic than I expected. The room temperature was way too high, no obvious way to self-control and non-opening windows.

Liked: Little extras like iron & ironing board, hairdryer. Plenty of tea & coffee in room. Staff were polite & helpful
Disliked: Could hear a little noise a night but that was probably because we weren’t exactly sure of location

Convenient location but bed is...

Liked: Clean, excellent selection of breakfast range. Staff are approachable and friendly. Clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: Despite the excellent location we need. The bed is way too soft, and it’s small double size. It is not standard double bed size… every time we stay here, any room they have, the matteres is way too soft. And it’s extremely small double size. Not good if you want a decent to sleep on. I have complained this to staff. Nothing they can do about it. The bath we had is not good for your back to relax in. Need better shaped bath for back

Great stay, nice and clean...

Liked: Great location to china town, gay village and a small work to restaurants and pubs.

Excellent location, expected a bit...

Liked: The room was quiet and offered a good view over the city. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower easy to use. Staff were friendly on arrival and I was able to check in early (for an additional tenner).
Disliked: There were no USB charging ports, which I would've liked. The self-service breakfast was disappointingly average. I did sneak a couple of boiled eggs down my trousers, though, so was sorted for lunch.
