Liked: The Town House is closed, we did not stay there. We stayed at the NOrfolk Arms Hotel in Arundel
Disliked: Regretted that it was closed, it looked really nice

Hotel went bust without telling...

Liked: Turned up for our booking and hotel was closed. Went bust that day without telling us. Had to pay extra somewhere else for 2 double rooms for 2 nights. Highly embarrassing as we had friends with us. Booking.com being difficult about paying us difference as they couldn't honour our our booking. Not happy at all!!!

Liked: Stayed in room 1 great room very central fabulous staff
Disliked: No reception staff gone when breakfast over

Liked: Unfortunately we had an email on the day of the booking letting us know that this hotel had closed its doors with immediate effect!

The extra breakfast expense and...

Liked: Nice central location, decent room.
Disliked: There was no breakfast available despite it being included in the price, as the chef was not in. Was told to purchase a breakfast at a nearby cafe and produce the receipt for a refund. This was all adhered to but no refund has been received and no response to email enq and no answer to telephone calls since. Not looking hopeful.

Frustrated that we had not...

Liked: Nothing . The property had stopped trading so we had no booking when we turned up .
Disliked: Not having anywhere to stay for the night as they had closed permanently.
