Liked: Convenient location, as expected, cheap but clean little night away.
Disliked: Colleagues, particularly on arrival and at breakfast could benefit from understanding the difference between functional service and emotional service, was good but to be great a smile and an acknowledgment goes a long way

Liked: Convenient for us food was ok and reasonably priced, service and staff very good
Disliked: Looked very tired from the outside. Ivy growing through the windows at one end, needs a bit of a face lift inside but the bedrooms were clean and tidy, the very disappointing thing was big steps in every part of the bar, restaurant, garden and especially to the bedrooms. A friend has had a foot operation and is using a wheelchair but access was impossible we had to lift chair in and out of the place with no chance of using it in his roomAn absolute disaster for him Should be listed as unsuitable for wheelchair users
