Great stay in Torbay. The weather was beautiful; the hotel was brilliant! Fantastic reception team. The whole visit met the expectations of the beautiful English Riviera. Will definitely book again!

Liked: Good size room Breakfast was okayLocation was perfect for the princess theatre.
Disliked: Room was very hot even with the window open(was open when we arrived)We were on the 3rd floor at the front(room 309) which was described as having views of the marina the main reason for booking that room,the view we got was of trees!! Disappointing!The room had a weird smell not nice.The soap dispenser in the shower was empty,one of the glasses was dirty.Stains on the carpet by the bed.The staff need training in customer service not welcoming at all.Terrible nights sleep due to busy road and loud revellers.Will not be returning, definitely not worth the money.The hotel needs updating and housekeepers that actually clean.

Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The breakfast was extremely good, plenty of choice, from full English, cereals and fruit. Good choice of teas and juice. Location of hotel is excellent. Very close to town and car parks, and just opposite the harbour, park and theatre.
Disliked: The check out time at 10

Liked: The service was exceptionally good. The staff were friendly and accommodating and amusing at times. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Access was easy and convenient via lift even though I was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and the food was well cooked. The restaurant was cleaned and tidied in a timely manner. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Parking was close and subsidised by the hotel, so it was very affordable and close to the hotel
Disliked: I have no complaints.
