Fantastic friendly staff, clean but...

Liked: The friendly staff and cleanliness
Disliked: Small room with double bed pushed against wall so couldn’t get in/out both sides. States breakfast included in price but this was only Continental Breakfast and would have to pay for full English…this should be clear.

Liked: Close to Victoria Station. A little gem with friendly staff well appointed rooms and a tasty breakfast.

Hotel close to Victoria Station...

Liked: The hotel was close to Victoria Station. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was large and had a shower, a bath and a window. The continental breakfast was very good. I would definitely come again

Liked: The young lady who checked us in on our arrival was extremely friendly and helpful.Lovely bed linen.Very clean.Beautifully decorated common areas and to a high standard.Within 5 minutes walk of Victoria station, but in a quiet side street, so quiet but really conveniently situated. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by, plus some of the London theatres
Disliked: The bed was comfortable but too small and I barely slept as I kept thinking I was going to fall out. The duvet was also too small.Very small room. Had to pull the bed away from the wall to be able to get round both sides.The shower was over the bath and you had to try and climb in over the end of the bath as the shower screen was in the way. Difficult to get in, but there was a handle on the wall to help. However, no handle getting out and by then the bath was wet and slippery, so not a good situation. Why not take the bath out and put a proper shower in?Towels did not smell fresh.It seemed to be a bother for the young (different) lady the next day to check us out and give us our suitcase.We hadn't booked breakfast and when we saw what was on offer, we went round the corner to "Harry's" restaurant, which was excellent.I may consider staying here again as it's so convenient and close to amenities, but I would opt for a bigger room next time.
