Very good

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, communal areas were so cosy and well decorated
Disliked: The room was very basic, bathroom in need of a repair however didn't affect use. For a 1 night stay, comfortable place to lay your head

Staff uncomfortable and bad

Liked: Arrive at hotel about 7pm , greated by very warm and friendly staff ,confirmed our breakfast in the morning and confirmed breakfast being continental breakfast and they knew that I had special dietary requirements.Woke in the morning good night sleep went down to breakfast, I was told I had to wait about 5 minutes for my bread and croissant, I could have ham and cheese but that was all i could have, I have to have lactose free milk and yoghurt, they brought a pot of coffee for my husband and as I have decaf only they brought me a small cup of decaf ,I didn't feel very comfortable asking for more as the way the staff made me feel, the staff were not very friendly. my bread and croissant came about 15 minutes after ordering, my husband had nearly finished his breakfast while I was waiting, the bread white not toasted but hard like it was frozen and put it in the toster,to defrost, the croissant just crumbled in my hand it was so hard.This was very disappointing as I paid extra for breakfast, if I had know it was going to be this bad I wouldn't have bothered with breakfast very unhappy checking out was just as bad it was like they had had our money now go .

Disappointing

Liked: Clean and tidy , good location
Disliked: Very very poor soundproofing, I can hear sounds from neighbors very clearly which disturbed my sleeps badly . Stayed for 4 nights , suffered a lot . No noise management , some clients still have parties at their room around 2 am ,and the on one in the reception .
