Liked: It was one block from the Victoria train station. Area was quiet. Breakfast was very good but not free.
Disliked: Rooms were very small and we did not have any wash cloths.

Fantastic from start to finish.

Liked: Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Just a beautiful atmosphere with the Christmas decorations. The bed was so comfortable and the bath was a really nice surprise.

Excellent location close to station...

Liked: Excellent location, a few minutes from Victoria station and surrounded by great restaurants so no need to go far if you don’t want to. Close walking distance to lots of key sights in London.
Disliked: Everything was really good, the room was slightly small, it was fine for us as we were there for two nights and were out of the hotel most of the day. But worth bearing in mind if you intend to spent a lot of time in hotel.

Disliked: Bathroom in the double room was tiny, but it was fantastic in the twin room
