Liked: Great location and view. Staffs were great. Unfortunately, room wasn’t as cleaned. I noticed pieces of glass and human nail pieces on the rug in living space.

A super cool hotel bang...

Liked: Very cool hotel indeed. Great location, as long as you are there for the hustle and bustle of Times Square, and I found the staff to be excellent to a person. Well designed, very comfortable. Much to recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind as it was all good.

Liked: The hotel's location can't be beat. The decor of the lounge and the 9th floor restaurant door garden area is tranquil and beautiful
Disliked: There was a small issue with the door sensor to room falling off. I put it back in place and informed the hotel. They assured me all was well and that maintenance came up to ensure all would be well.

Exceptional hotel in Times Square...

Liked: The room was extremely clean and bright with a side view of Times Square.
Disliked: The bathroom is not private from the bed / room area.
