Disliked: Some of the older members of staff weren’t very friendly at the hotel but the rest of the staff were amazing!

Liked: Location was great, staff as well, breakfast and coffee was fine.
Disliked: Awful bed! Really worn, so my partner and me always rolled in the middle of it and therefore lost the whole night of sleep. The bedroom extremely small and no floor space. Luggage kept in WC room!

Cosy and atmospheric room, right...

Liked: I love the historic nature of the building and it’s wonderful prime location right on one of the beautiful canals in the city centre.Beautiful finishings in the room, nice modern bathroom, fridge with plenty of space to store things, and a kettle and teas.The staff was also very helpful and friendly, and the key card access after hours was very simple.
Disliked: Room was fine for one but might feel like a squeeze for two, with baggage.
