Swanky design; perfect location. Overall great hotel choice. No regrets.

Disliked: One elevator was down so it took forever to get up or down.

Dirty

Liked: Wasn’t cleaned properly, found trash on the floor (used wood utensil) of the room, dust everywhere. Bathroom was full of hair and soap scum, disgusting. Pictures are old, it is super worn down, scratches, chipped paint. Ground floor hotel restroom was dirtier than Chipotle’s. Had to pay extra for keeping second bag of luggage per person - super strange for a 4 star hotel.Only good things were the location and the friendly staff at the counter.

Liked: Handy place to stay to experience Manhattan and Broadway. The restaurant breakfast was abysmal, over priced, poor service and tiny portions, go elsewhere!. We had to change rooms due to the noise and faulty electrical lights which was the same in the next room. No tea or coffee making provided. No where suitable to hang towels, bathrooms very small. Nice staff.

Great spot to have access...

Liked: I love the intimacy of the hotel. This was my second time here. It’s quiet and I love how close it is to everything. I love the TV in the mirror feature as well.
Disliked: Elevators are quite small.
