Swanky design; perfect location. Overall great hotel choice. No regrets.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cold, noisy and thermostat did not work. Window blinds and shades were broke. Room was tiny and in a back corner. Felt like I was sleeping in broom closet.

Liked: The location is convenient.
Disliked: The service was far below expectations for a 4-star hotel. There were pests in the bathroom that weren’t resolved, housekeeping failed to clean the room despite multiple requests, and there was no bellman available after midnight, leaving me to carry five suitcases to my room alone. The compensation offered for these issues was inadequate compared to the high price I paid for the stay.

Liked: excellent location, central and convenient proximity to time square and metres.
Disliked: no view, a little noisy and shower would not drain until a lot of water had built up around your feet.
