Liked: The room was not cleaned, the bed was hard, and the pillows were hard like a rock. Box springs were coming apart. The bathroom was not cleaned with clorox, and the tissue box used tissues stuffed back in. The body care bottles in the shower are unsanitary, and the price of the hotel should be given your own personal items. Toilet paper was not replaced very gross. My mom's room was much smaller than ours and for the same price. And no free breakfast, food prices are ridiculous. Cards to the room didn't want to work, and we could hear noises from other guests in the hall very loud. The parking was a nightmare, especially by the lobby sharing a road with the bank. We also have two charges we are looking into that shouldn't be there. Overall, cheaper hotels care more about their guest, and we will not be back. Also Ashley was are room made and she didn't do her job. Whatever the bedding is washed in we are itching, hopefully it's not bedbug or headlice bites if so I'll be adding that to the online review. And the coffee maker where the water goes is discussing could make someone sick.
