Extremely disappointed as I paid...

Liked: Location only.
Disliked: Poorly understaffed, restaurant had no one telling you where to sit.I had to get up three times during breakfast to find my server.

Liked: It was a quaint beautiful hotel. We love the atmosphere, the ambiance of the rooms and it was large. The bed was absolutely amazing. It slept so well that we only needed 4 hours of sleep. We could not hear any noise from outside and we were downtown meridia. We went to the 11th floor and they had drinks and we got an absolutely tasty pizza with thin crust and it was well put together. We assumed that it was homemade crust. The atmosphere was very well and we would love to come back and share some time there together... The, hotels, staff was very nice and accommodating.

Disliked: We have stayed 3 times and it always feels understaffed. Bar area needs a little more sophistication and needs to stay open past last call at 8:30.

Outdated. Dark. Dim

Liked: Not worth the money. Outdated. Very dark and dim. Elevator was broken. Thin walls. Can hear when people are showering next door or walking up ans down the halls. I was told this was best hotel in city. I was not impressed at all. Staff was kind. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in due to clerk doing audit after being on road for 6 hours.
Disliked: Outdated. Dark. Dim. Thin walls. Not special.
