Clean and convenient stay with...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent,
Disliked: We put on our booking request that it was our wedding night, and any special touches would be greatly received. Nothing was arranged-guests who had booked the same level of room, had far superior rooms than ours also.

Lovely venue, need to invest...

Liked: Evening meal and breakfast were fantastic quality. Room was big and spacious and well kitted out. Excellent shower over bath.
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable due to poor quality pillows, poor soundproofing, could hear every moment and door from other rooms

Rooms need upgrading.

Disliked: The carpets in the bedrooms need a serious clean I had to swap rooms due to what looked like a sick stain. Even the new room had stains on the carpet be it smaller ones. The pillows are old and flat.I always used to stay at this hotel but until they start upgrading rooms I’m afraid I won’t be staying again.
