Where's the hospitality?

Disliked: Zero customer service. The manager doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. Have contacted them on multiple occasions to provide feedback and seek explanations for issues with our stay, but they can't be bothered to respond. Instead, they let the poor receptionist fend off follow-up messages instead of dealing with complaints head on. Cowardly and completely unprofessional. You are in the wrong industry.

Potential is there, but it...

Liked: Beautiful old building and on the surface lovely rooms. Good location.
Disliked: For the price per night, to have international roast instant coffee in the rooms and little milks is cheap and nasty. Room onto the terrace very noisy and blinds don’t keep out the outside lights. Light switch in bathroom hanging off the wall. Bathroom needs work. Breakfast was included but only allowed for instant coffee. ( Is it 1975?) staff work hard but one young lady seemed to be trying to do everything.

Rated as five star hotel...

Liked: Very limited breakfast. No juice and many cost add-ons. Location was good.
Disliked: Very limited staff, Clearly as cost-saving measures staff is mainly school children working for little money. Reception very rarely staffed.
