Super stay, would definitely stay...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, great location, lovely room
Disliked: Small details but a robe and slippers would have been great and proper glasses and cups in the room rather than plastic and paper cups. The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday night which was a little inconvenient

Disliked: I’m English and would have been nice to have tea bag’s in the room especially as there was a kettle.The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off, you need deep ones

Liked: Exceptional service from all staff we encountered. I've stayed here before, and feel as comfortable here as I do at home.

Liked: Parking was pretty easy. The lakeside walks were great. The room was nice and clean. I love the fact that there were no strong air fresheners. Breakfast was excellent and our server, Alexi, was extremely attentive.
Disliked: At check in, we had a good experience with the front desk. During the day on Saturday, front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful.My husband did not like the coffee in the room and just wanted regular brew. It was late afternoon, but when he went downstairs there was none.
