Very good
Liked: Love everything location clean
Disliked: The kitchen could’ve been more equipped… there wasn’t a toasted and an outside grill would’ve made or trip more spectacular

Disliked: Bed was not so comfortable Shower looked better than it actually was. Sink in bathroom hard to use without getting wet. Looked fancy not user friendly.

Nice location at the beach
Liked: Directly at the beach but still very quiet. Very clean. Private parking in front of the house.
Disliked: No WLAN (should be standard for this price category). No personal service contact. All by phone or mail, mail communication not working well.

horrible customer service
Disliked: We didnt actually stay at this property but I want to share my horrible experience.We were very excited to stay here as I booked this hotel months in advance for a family wedding over spring break. We were flying in from Canada to make their wedding film and we knew we had to secure something quick.We arrived in Florida and prior to our arrival at the hotel, the hotel sent an email with an attached document that required me to fill out our information - dates of stay, price, credit card number, etc. It was essentially a PDF type document. As we were commuting to the hotel, I filled it in on my phone and sent it off.When we were only 5 minutes away from the hotel I got a call from the hotel. The man on the other end STARTED the call with Hello, you provided us with a false credit card so you can no longer stay at our propriety. I was truly shocked by his complete lack of tack and an immediate accusation that I used a false credit card.Since I had saved the document to my phone, I immediately looked at it, and spotted the error. I had mixed up 2 numbers on my credit card. I explained I could resend the form or simply come with my credit card and ID as my partner and I were only 5 minutes away. I was even more shocked that his response was This is Florida, we take credit card fraud very seriously. Accusing me of credit card fraud? When I had just explained I had made a typo and had my credit card in hand that he could look at in 5 minutes? Then he said this is our policy, no exceptions.Im not sure how a company can send out a PDF, a system that does not verify the credit card immediately, and except a paying customer not to have the occasional typo? In addition, to not allow me to simply drive up with my valid credit card and ID was beyond comprehension. He then told me youll have to call booking and deal with them - as if I was the once cancelling my reservation.I would never recommend this place to anyone.
