Somewhat disappointing and below expectations...

Liked: Lovely room with beautiful view. Friendly staff
Disliked: For the price I’d expect to have a working television- this was certainly not the case - multiple channels were not functioning and the smart TV connection continually dropped out. Staff were empathetic but could not help. Weak shower water as well

Liked: Almost everything was amazing but they failed to make up our room 2 days out of the 5 day stay. Had to complain which always puts a downer on a stay anywhere. I can excuse one day but two consecutive days is unacceptable. The reason was a lie by the cleaning staff to management which could be proven. General Manager responded promptly after 2nd day but still put a damper on our stay at this so called Luxury Hotel. Regardless I would stay again as the property is beautiful and in great location.
Disliked: Failed to ensure mistake didn't happen again re room servicing. Attention to detail is everything in a luxury hotel.
