Liked: Very convenient with a lovely pub on the doorstep.

Liked: Nice setting love the bar homely ..
Disliked: Should have breakfast option u have to be out by 1030 and no where to go breakfast would have been great .Kettle in room no where to fill and sink to small to fit it , if possible bottled warter in room would make a big difference

Liked: Good location for visiting Ashby and surrounding woodland.
Disliked: Room was very dirty, cold, and the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbours word for word. Some facilities also not working (coffee machine and lamp).
