It was nice. Very close...

Liked: Staff was very good. Property was clean and well appointed.
Disliked: My dining voucher was not applied to my bill. I dined in one of the hotel dining rooms but the $50 credit was not applied. The hotel has not responded to my request to have this corrected.

Liked: Comfortable & luxurious. Friendly and professional staff (for the most part).
Disliked: I was completely ignored at the lobby bar. Granted, it was busy after the concert, but nonetheless, I felt i was just being ignored. For the price of the night to stay, I would at least expect a "hello, I'll be with you in a moment". Rude.

Liked: Very nice and modern hotel. Top location across the street of Amalie arena.

Disliked: Location: difficult (impossible)to get to the front door valet parking. Estimated bill at the time of arrival was twice the amount I agreed upon. the final bill was correct. I got a reservation from the restaurant called lilac for a Sunday meal at 6:30 PM, only to discover the restaurant was closed on Sundays. A real bummer for a 1 star Michelin restaurant.
