Beautiful lobby, nice Italian restaurant,...

Disliked: Location: difficult (impossible)to get to the front door valet parking. Estimated bill at the time of arrival was twice the amount I agreed upon. the final bill was correct. I got a reservation from the restaurant called lilac for a Sunday meal at 6:30 PM, only to discover the restaurant was closed on Sundays. A real bummer for a 1 star Michelin restaurant.

Disliked: The quality at Restaurant Azure is quite poor. The meat was served cold, and the fried dishes tasted like something from a cheap restaurant. Unacceptable.

Most hotels fall short in...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, nicely appointed and an incredible, polite and helpful staff. Lilac was fabulous.
Disliked: The pool bar seemed a tad understaffed on a busy Sunday before a holiday.

Hotel is pricey and about...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The cheap scent in the lobby area, and the air conditioning in our room didn’t go lower than 75, it felt very warm and we couldn’t sleep.The bathroom area needs to be cleaned and sanitized better.Lilac restaurant may have a Michelin star but the food is mediocre, very greasy too.
