Liked: Pleasant staff. Great place. Great Breakfast
Disliked: Broken toilet seat and uncomfortable bed.

Good

Liked: We know it well. Parking usually available. Old quirky property.
Disliked: Security iffy. Didn’t want room 5 and despite that request we were allocated to that. Luckily we got allocated elsewhere. Breakfast is included but to a limit. Beverages not good and in glass cups not mugs! We are in Britain.

Very good

Liked: The bed was so comfortable and the room was warm and cosy. Great location and value for money.
Disliked: Having to go down the road for breakfast at the Malthouse. Staff were friendly but the dining area was cold and seats uncomfortable.

Not a place we would...

Liked: Room was ok. Had trouble with the stairs as we both have walking difficulties.
Disliked: Not attentive staff

Great location, very nice stay...

Liked: The location was perfect. Pub full of character. Car park. Room was lovely, warm, comfortable bed, hot water. Fabulous breakfast in pub short walk away. Good value.
Disliked: Steep steps up to room. Shower over bath a bit difficult, shower cubicle would have been appreciated. Outside areas need tidying up.

Comfortable Ironbridge Inn

Liked: Good location, good parking, nice welcoming staff, good bar and meal selections and great breakfast at hotel next door. Comfortable well appointed room with large bathroom.
Disliked: Room decor was tired and bathroom was very jaded with shabby fixtures and 1970s tiling. Was not advised a live band would be playing that evening which sounded as if it was in the room with us starting at 2015 and going on until 2245. We had asked if it was a quiet room and been advised it was as we'd wanted an early night!!
