Liked: The location and fusion of old and new
Disliked: Outsiders taking up parking spaces

A weekend at The Swan...

Liked: From the Welcome when checking in to the Farewell on checking out the staff were a credit to the Hotel. The room was airy and the bed oh so comfortable. The breakfast in the Coppa Club wad delicious.
Disliked: There was absolurltely nothing that I disliked.

Luxurious & clean. Not enough...

Liked: Location, room luxurious, bathroom, fridge, balcony & cleanliness.
Disliked: Not enough milk, tea & coffee. Not clear how to contact reception to order more. Called reception main no. via website around 11pm and no one answered. Sent email and got no response.

Disliked: Problem with very loud radiator noise in our room, even after switching it to zero as advised by reception so unfortunately didn’t sleep very well as noise came and went every hour or two.
