Liked: Exceptional service at check in. I mistakenly booked accommodation for a day before the arrival date so I was reflected as a no show. I had to make a new booking and a new payment on arrival. The lady who assisted me was friendly and polite. That made the whole experience better.

Not value for money

Liked: I remember the old pub from 30 year's ago which had loads of character. This is a franchise and feels like it. Of course, the location is still gorgeous which is why I chose to stay here.The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Amber and Angela on reception.
Disliked: Breakfast was awful. Completely cold. English breakfast served on cold plates. Bacon was one large piece of fat. Tea bag left in mug so completely stewed by the time it arrived. At least they should provide a pot of tea.The table and chairs outside the room on the terrace. The table should be a proper cafe style so that you can actually eat at it.
