Bright modern complex right on...

Liked: Lovely setting on the riverSpacious restaurant and separate cafeGym sauna and steam room
Disliked: Long wait at empty reception desk when we arrived with queue building up - very nice helpful receptionist had been called away on housekeeping duties but no back- up for her Our large ‘biggie’ room had one small radiator on a cold night so room was too cold to sit in

Very good

Liked: Staff always wonderful and accommodating. Rooms are large and so comfortable. Bed, duvet and pillows are fabulous.
Disliked: We were in room 53 and this is the second time we have stayed in here. Room is lovely but I think a staff member must stay in the room above and sadly you can hear the floorboards creaking from around 4.30am onwards. Not super loud but enough to wake me up and then find it hard to get back to sleep.

Great stay, especially the room...

Liked: The room and all facilities were great. Location top notch along the Thames, right next to the footpath (altho flooded), the bridge over to Goring and down the Streatley high street. The Coppa Club likewise has a marvellous view over the river.
Disliked: Coppa Club service was efficient but a little brusque, and the food was good, but not quite as good as it thinks it is. Room also should have had streaming services on the TV - broadcast TV only just doesn't cut it.
