Nice stay in Stratford upon...

Liked: Bed was comfy, room was clean, handy that the hotel was joined with brasserie and that you got discount if eating there. Breakfast was good value for money and nice. Location was perfect for getting into town quick and easily. Staff were all helpful and nice. Room felt cold when we got there and someone helped us sort this out.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit dated overall- decor could be nicer. Tvs were old and Netflix button didn't work - be good to have access to this when rubbish weather which we had all weekend. Rooms also felt a bit dark when curtains shut. Worth knowing that the walls are also very thin which maybe can't be helped but could hear a full argument happening in room above which was noisy. Limited parking and feel it should be free.

Excellent - The Swan's Nest...

Liked: The Swan's Nest Hotel is perfectly located for visiting the RSC. The staff were friendly and helpful pointing us to a short cut to the theatre. Bistro Pierre food was very tasty and great value, our waitress made sure our order came out quickly so that we could head off to see "Twelfth Night" in plenty of time. After we checked out the staff were more than happy for us to sit in the foyer while I did a work Zoom meeting.
Disliked: The water was a little chilly in the shower, but there were plenty of towels and a good provision of toiletries. Really I can't fault it, there wan't anything we didn't like.

Liked: Fantastic room with separate living space. Very warm and great location for the theatre
Disliked: The windows were quite draughty.

Liked: Our room was a good size and the gym was really well equipped.
Disliked: My Mum's room was really small and we had a lot of problems with keeping our room for another night as we were staying for a wedding the following day. The wait for food at the restaurant was also quite substantial.
