Liked: All staff were friendly and welcoming, check in was completed quickly. Our room (53) was of an excellent standard and spotlessly clean. The public rooms are bright, comfortable and decorated to a very high standard. The bar had an excellent range of wine, and a special mention for the barman, Kyle, who made amazing cocktails. The food and service at dinner was excellent; as was breakfast which consisted of a hot and cold buffet and also dishes cooked to order. The hotel has an excellent central location. Well worth a visit.
Disliked: Just take care as you enter the car park, as this is an old inn the entrance is a little narrow!

Liked: The room was lovely - very comfy bed and all the plugs and sockets you could need. Wifi was good and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean too and nicely presented with soap and shampoo products. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good value
Disliked: The shower over the bath with curtain was not ideal. Would be better to have a shower stall as it was difficult to get in and out!

Liked: Amazing location within the city centre, very helpful staff. The lunchtime menu was delicious.
Disliked: It’s a silly thing the pigeons on the flat roof hahaha nothing negative about the stay

Liked: A warm welcome. Reception ladies were efficient and friendly. The room was lovely and big. Very Comfortable, super clean. Breakfast was lovely and a lot of choice. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent in welcoming and service. It was a wonderful stay in central Wells and would highly recommend The Swan Hotel. (There's parking too!)
