Relaxing break in the heart...

Liked: Breakfast good choices and friendly staffAll the food we had in the restaurant was very good Convenient location and free parking behind the hotel.
Disliked: I’d booked an evening meal for our first night and had it confirmed via email, but when we arrived we were told the restaurant was full that evening and they had no booking for us. I showed then them the email confirming and they did then find us a slot in the restaurant albeit earlier. Service that evening was great

Liked: Charming building.Great central location .Perfect setting with wonderful views of the cathedral.on site parking an added bonus.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Nice big room
Disliked: It was a bit cold - old building without insulation. But the staff were quick to provide us with an extra blanket so it was fine. Bed was very firm.

Lovely place to stay and...

Liked: Excellent location, free parking (but will be tight if you have a large/ wide vehicle). Room was great, quiet but outside of the main building. Comfy bed and the room probably could have had a larger bed than the standard double. Breakfast was good as were all the staff.
Disliked: Shame the eggs Benedict, royale and florentine couldn’t come with hollandaise sauce (they’d run out) we all agreed it was dry without it. But to be fair we were offered to change to something else if we wanted
