A lovely stay, we enjoyed...

Liked: A hotel with parking right in the centre of Wells is a big plus. The hotel was tastefully decorated, the bed was comfy, and the room was right opposite the Cathedral. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Being an old building, the windows are single glazed so we could hear traffic noise during the night, although we soon got used to that as it was not a super busy road.

Great hotel in a stunning...

Liked: Beautiful, historic building. In an excellent location with a car park. Food was delicious.

ok, menu not very exciting...

Disliked: Breakfast could have been better . Slow replenishment , scramble eggs burnt on the bottom sat morning. Service was a bit slow
