Overpriced and under delivered.

Liked: Central location. Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Wasn’t informed that no breakfast is provided.Shower was poor and room is poorly furnished.

Liked: Large room, bed very comfortable, very clean and easy parking on site, great location. Only reason I did not give 10 for everything was due to staff shortage the bar and grill was closed Monday night so we had to go out to eat.

Pleasant stay in Maldon

Liked: Nice hotel, good location in Maldon high street. The room was ok, showers were ok but could have been a bit hotter. There was no working WiFi.

Disliked: Gary did his best to make sure wifi was available, bust still kept on dropping in and out

Not disappointed.

Liked: We have stayed in the Swan hotel and Grill before, and we have not been disappointed either time. We booked 2 rooms this time one for our daughter and both rooms were equally good. The beds are comfy, and the room was clean, and had plenty of room for two people to move around comfortably.
Disliked: My only complaint would be the rooms were cold to start with, but they soon warmed up .
