We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The situation in the centre of Coleshill. Free car parking.
Disliked: Shower cubicles need attention - doors.Couldn’t control the radiators - a bit too warm.

Great place will visit again

Liked: The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help.The room was comfortable.When I reported an issue with the room they found a different room straight away and even assisted with moving us to a lower floor.
Disliked: There were lots of stairs but no lift. So would request that the room be on a lower floor next time due to mobility issues.Parking at night was a struggle due to it being a public house as well.

Good value for money in...

Liked: Comfortable bed and good facilities in the room. Shower was good. Good food selection at a reasonable price, and breakfast was good. Great location for the NEC without premium price of the NEC hotels.
Disliked: Lighting in the room wasn’t great. Only place to put on makeup was in the bathroom otherwise light wasn’t good enough.

Traditional inn hotel, handy location...

Liked: Based on a traditional inn, so lots of stairs to get to room but we're quite fit so it's OK. Value for money, friendly staff and the pub setting was handy for a quick evening drink,
Disliked: No issues
