Good

Liked: Easy check in and check out and the room was nice and clean.............
Disliked: Breakfast was ok although despite being down at 8:45 an number to dishes had run out ( Mushrooms, Black pudding, etc and were not replaced whilst me and my guest were present other than the eggs ( which the only option was fried)

Good location

Liked: Nice comfortable bed but no one came into the room next day to restock tea and coffee, make bed and empty waste bins. Breakfast on was very limited no fruit juices only tea/coffee no cereals, no fruit or yoghurt.

Not a nice stay

Liked: Not a good stay. Kids throwing stones towards the car park toilet not cleaned after last guest who had also left their nose content on the wall. Bed uncomfortable shower door hanging off so unable to shower and the walls are very flimsy to the point of hearing other guests snoring, using the bathroom and the floor above their bed !!

Disappointing

Liked: Only a one night stay. Spoiled by lack of a carvery and a number of other items on the menu, which rely on the carvery for the meat content. No eggs available with breakfast, even though there is a supermarket next door! Even the staff seemed unimpressed.

Average compared to other hotels...

Liked: The atmosphere in the bar was good.
Disliked: Lighting in the bedroom was quite poor, I didn't have breakfast because there was no gas to cook eggs, the woodwork in the bedroom could have been cleaner
