This hotel is one of the finest hotels in the city! Close to everything. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, literally with all the conveniences of home!

Liked: Pretty much everything! Upon our check in the front desk clerk (Ceasar) was very polite and upgraded our reservation to a suite at no extra cost to us. Special kudos to the doorman who gave us a lovely smile upon our arrival and made us feel very welcome..
Disliked: Nothing.

Fantastic place. Would stay there again in a heartbeat; very nice hotel and the service is great.

What a wonderful experience! When we arrived we were told they had to upgrade our room as there was not a 2 bed room available, so pleased and happy, we were upgraded to a magnificent suite. And the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even going so far as to help me fix my costume for an event I was attending that evening. Thank you so very much for making my visit to Vancouver so memorable and beautiful.

First time, best time!

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful, including the valet and concierge. It was perfectly located...close to everything.The bed was very big and comfortable. And the room was very well appointed.The facilities were first class though we didn't use them.
Disliked: Some very minor issues which didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay.We had some difficulties with the door latch (the door to the room) but managed to sort it out. The light over the mirror in the bathroom didn't seem to work.The aircon was a bit noisy so we just turned it off.Also couldn't get the coffee machine to work.

Liked: This hotel is beautiful. Great location, spotlessly clean & comfortable. The staff were very helpful & provided me with great assistance with my luggage. I have a fractured leg & am on crutches so I could not carry any items myself. The shower cubicle was enormous and had a bench at one end with a hand held shower head which was long enough to reach me from the opposite end. Very impressive
Disliked: I was advised that a room was reserved fir me near the elevators when in fact my room was the furthest away
