This hotel is one of the finest hotels in the city! Close to everything. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, literally with all the conveniences of home!

Liked: Pretty much everything! Upon our check in the front desk clerk (Ceasar) was very polite and upgraded our reservation to a suite at no extra cost to us. Special kudos to the doorman who gave us a lovely smile upon our arrival and made us feel very welcome..
Disliked: Nothing.

What a wonderful experience! When we arrived we were told they had to upgrade our room as there was not a 2 bed room available, so pleased and happy, we were upgraded to a magnificent suite. And the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even going so far as to help me fix my costume for an event I was attending that evening. Thank you so very much for making my visit to Vancouver so memorable and beautiful.

Liked: The room was lovely. Spacious and clean, and the bed was heavenly!
Disliked: The hot tub was not working and the water was quite murky. The pool was just a bit too cold, but not terrible. The pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, so it was a bit disappointing.
