A stay fit for loyalty

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff were always so helpful. They open doors for you and take the time to make special requests such as a birthday cake. They were amazing!
Disliked: I loved all the closet space and comfort of the rooms. Truly spectacular!

Quick but relaxing stay

Liked: Sutton place is a gorgeous space from top to bottom. It’s right in the middle of downtown and close to many of the nightlife activities. Our room even had a great view of the water and its a short walk to the harbourfront.
Disliked: The water pressure was a bit low in the rooms, and there wasn’t enough parking in front of the building to check in so we had to drag our bags through the parkade to the main elevator.

Very lovely, elegant, and accommodating...

Liked: It was nice elegant, and had friendly staff. Very accommodating to all your wishes and requests.
Disliked: Just remind staff to wait for a response after they knock before entering customers rooms. I was walked in on by two different staff.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Restaurants in the location makes is a bonus. Love this hotel and would recommend it.
