Disliked: Please fit rain deflectors on top of each of the aircon machines - the rain dropped from the one on the level above us onto our one, which then echoed thru the machine into the room (room 818).

Disliked: WiFi was unusable. No connection in the room so I had to walk all the way down to the reception. So, how was the Internet connection in the reception area? Extremely slow. I think that saying that there is WiFi is misleading.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and caring. Our kids were sick on the last day, and they kindly allowed us to check out pretty late to allow some comfort to the kids.
