Really great value for money
Liked: The property is in a great location to the beach and shops. The pool is great and loved the live music each night. Cool that it’s dog friendly as many pooches come and go. Nice friendly reception / cleaning staff
Disliked: Our room wasn’t facing the pool, was on the other side and looked out at what I can only describe as a burnt apartment block (but I’m assuming pool views cost more). Like other comments, the barman needs to smile more!

This hotel offers great views...
Liked: My partner and I loved the overall vibe of the place. Very welcoming and friendly. Walking distance to everything, especially the beach. The food and drinks were great and we especially enjoyed the live performances offered in the evening. The balcony view to the city was remarkable and the room was fairly clean. Would come here again.
Disliked: If it wasn’t for the offsite parking structure, this hotel would be perfect. It’s a short walking distance and it’s very doable, however, I like having the rental car close by whenever possible.

Excellent stay and would stay...
Liked: Room cleaned daily and quite spacious. Location was excellent, short walk to beech, main strip and beside bus stops for public transport. plenty of towels, for pool and beech use. Overall an excellent stay.

Had a great stay but...
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Didnt realise how may pets would be there ( my fault obviously didn’t read my booking well enough) and found it a bit doggy smelling in certain areas . Round by the elevator. Otherwise good place.

Good Value for Money
Liked: Lovely affordable hotel in a quiet area, but a short walk from everything you need in Waikiki. Staff are friendly, bedrooms well decorated and comfortable, loved the pool. Mahina and Suns serves great cocktails and I loved Jack the hotel dog. I loved the theme and decor, you really feel like you are on holiday. Would recommend to friends.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Amazing vibes, great staff, and...
Liked: I've stayed at a hdnful of hotels in Hawaii and I have to say this is my favourite. The staff are amazing, the vibe is great, they had live musicv every night and even the on-site restaurant was great. The Arvo coffee shop attached to the hotel is also great first thing in the morning. In general, I was super happy with my stay here. I even loved the fact they are pet friendly so there were plenty of doggos running around to pat. They even upgraded me to a bigger suite when I came back from the big Island.Will be staying here again the next time I'm back in Honolulu. I also have to say this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in in Hawaii where I didn't feel I was being punched in the face with add-on fees that I never asked for.
Disliked: I really enjoyed the hotel and It would be nice if there was a breakfast option with the restaurant (which is not open till lunch) or some sort of deal besides the discount with the attached Arvo café. These are totally quibbles though. Plenty of food options around if you stretch your legs.
