A nice place to stay...

Great stay, but not the...

Liked: Pros: The place was clean and in good condition. I liked that the room had a small kitchenette with a sink. Bed was comfortable, room was on the small side but not too crowded. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Overall I felt safe there. It had a large parking area and lot for walking the dog.
Disliked: Cons: if I had known the pet fee here was $40/night I probably wouldn't have booked. For an 85/night stay, this seems excessive, especially considering it is essentially an extra cleaning fee. The breakfast was pretty cold. Although the lot is large, there was no grassy space for walking the dog.

Very Friendly staff

Liked: The staff here were incredibly friendly so I hate to leave a low review because they alone deserve a 10/10. Each person we met, including the lady that checked us in were so nice and personable the entire time we stayed here.
Disliked: We had an uncomfortable feeling the entire time we were there, almost like how people feel in a haunted house. The inside was a bit outdated, especially the lighting. The computer system also seemed very outdated because when we checked in they needed to physically check that there was a room clean even though there seemed to be only one other car in the parking lot. The system then wasn't updated to reflect the room they chose because a couple hours later someone on the staff just walked right in not expecting the room to be occupied. Easy mistake but along with the fact that we never saw anyone else who looked to be staying here just made us uneasy. Could have all just been circumstantial, most of the city seemed to have a similar vibe.

Our ‘Go To’ hotel -...

Liked: Staff is always friendly and hotel is always clean. We found this hotel 2 years ago when we moved our son into Adam’s state. It has been our ‘Go To’ when we come watch every home football game. Hot breakfast in the morning. We’ve never had any problems or issues with any of our stays.
