We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed it. Our second room was lovely and the lady at reception handled our issue regarding our initial room promptly, courteously and efficiently.
Disliked: Our first room had an issue with the heating (radiator needed bled as we were at the top of the hotel). Reception dealt with the matter and changed our room to a much bigger, better and brighter room. Satisfaction all round, happy with the outcome.
