Great & we’d stay again.
Liked: Good location.Quiet.Clean & spacious room.Helpful, friendly staff.
Disliked: Some minor issues. The kettle wasn’t straightforward to use & we couldn’t find instructions. And a similar problem with the TV as we couldn’t work out how to get the radio. We perhaps didn’t look properly for instruction manuals but there should be some. Also the previous occupant had left the alarm on 6.00 am which I hadn’t realised was on - we’d set a phone alarm for 9.00 so were woken far too early! Obviously, we’d know these things next time & it wouldn’t stop us staying there.

Liked: Central situation, comfort and great breakfast lovely staff.
Disliked: I was with my daughter and booked a twin room, but on arrival was told we were up graded to the biggest room in the hotel unfortunately it had a double bed. As we were only there for 2 nights we didn’t ask for it to be changed, but wish we had.

Disliked: This was a subpar experience from the start. Things that didn't work -Wifi, A/C, dirty and stinky bathroom, safe. WiFi was patchy throughout stay, A/C and safe weren't fixed as well. They provided a portable heater.The staff was" very surprised" by all these malfunctions, while promising these will be fixed with hours, that didn't happen over the course of our 4 night stay. we received no updates, we didn't even get a question of "how was your stay with us?" at the end. This was a really poor experience and we will not return to a hotel that doesn't value its guests on the least. The kicker was a fire alarm that got everyone out of their rooms, without any clear explanation or expectation setting from staff - false alarm that left everyone confused. We checked out before 11:00 and the cleaning ladies were waiting outside our door - why?? Just awful.
