Liked: That it had a room available
Disliked: Staff was less that useless. None of the listed amenities were available during the stay and not one person lifted a finger to even try and find a solution when our battery died in the frigid parking garage. For the price of the room, I have stayed at way better hotels with exceptional customer service. Will never stay here again.

Absolutely best hotel I have...

Liked: Clean rooms, amazing art gallery inside, comfy beds, awesome view, amazing shower and the toiletries provided were amazing! Also the STAFF CHEF’S KISS
Disliked: Lobby was really scented.
