Disliked: Smelt of damp in places , bathrooms where very tired could work the shower the water was so hot didn’t know how to adjust the temp , the breakfast was expensive and not very appealing

Liked: The food was nice.
Disliked: The room was the most disgustingly dirty and shabby I’ve ever stayed. Bodily fluid wiped on the walls, ominous splatters of brown in the bathroom, dark hair, brown stains on the carpet, stank of smoke. The soup dispenser had scum on it. I took lots of pictures as evidence. When I told the reception staff and showed him the pictures he couldn’t care less.

Disliked: Dirty and malfunctioning bathroom, dirty surfaces throughout the room, stained towels, dirty and stained coffee mugs and accessories, very dated and tired bathroom suite. Asked to have the room cleaned and maintenance look at the bathroom, only the shower was corrected.

Disliked: Deco was a bit poor in my room, but didn’t stop me resting up for work.
