First time in New Haven for a concert at Westville (so much fun) and this hotel was the perfect place to crash after a long night.

Liked: Super clean; super friendly; nice sized room; access to The Board Room to work was amazing!
Disliked: No fridge in the room was a bummer.

Liked: Nice location.
Disliked: Staff could have been more attentive for example in the morning there were 2 people opening the door but none helping you carrying your luggage with the few steps to enter the hotel.

Liked: nice room, nice design, very comfortable bedding. nice lobby, friendly staff. very good location within walking distance of most university main areas
Disliked: the street is very noisy in evening and morning, I was on 4 th floor and had to sleep with earplugs. cost of room quite high for week nights, this particular week

The perfect hotel to experience...

Liked: Always beautifully presented with attentive staff & welcoming vibe - amazing views from the campus rooms - free coffee and tea in the mornings with a great common space to hang out. Good small functional gym.
Disliked: Nothing at all - one of my all time favourite hotels

Liked: Great location close to the Yale campus
Disliked: Stairs at entrance meant I had to lift my large suitcase. Don’t recall seeing a ramp (though I may have missed it)
