Liked: I appreciate the clean and historical feel to the hotel, the free parking option, and the location because it was quiet. The room was spacious also!
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. I travel for work so spend an inordinate amount of time in hotels and when I stay here, I feel at home. It is inviting, comfortable and the staff are top notch! They are so friendly and always welcome me back like I'm one of the crew. Additionally, the ginger snaps are a wonderful touch!
Disliked: The noisy neighbors in the room next door. However, when I called the front desk, they sent someone right up.

A nice place to stay....

Liked: I did not have breakfast there. The room was great. The bed was not that comfortable however. I have never slept on such a mattress. It definitely was not a posturpedic.
Disliked: The boiler went out that evening. So there was no heat in the whole hotel overnight. They brought a space heater to my my room , because they said that ALL of the rooms were cold.
