Wouldn't recommend.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Just a dribble from the shower and hand basin. The hotel bar closed at 10 45 and we were told that we don't want to encourage unsocial behaviour; the night time receptionist was very rude. No hot water.

All fine by me.

Liked: Nice room, shower was fine, wifi worked, TV worked and bed was comfortable - all that I want from a room and short stay. Very pleasant reception lady - a credit to the hotel chain.
Disliked: Took ages to check in - computer problems.

Amazing staff and lovely rooms...

Liked: Amethyst was an absolute asset to the hotel! After having more bookings than expected, she still exceeded all expectations! From remembering my name straight away and my request to putting us in a quiet area due to rowdy football fans. Couldn’t ask for more!
