Liked: The food was excellent, and the staff were kind, approachable, and attentive.
Disliked: Soundproofing in the rooms was not great, during the night it was difficult to sleep due to the noise in the corrdor and the next room along. The bed was also not very comfortable.

Disliked: they charged me twice and blamed my bank. They do not have a card machine in reception so enter details manually. After i left they put my card details through for a second time.

Liked: Location great, breakfast excellent as was evening meal.
Disliked: Room mega hot with radiator off, bathroom extractor not working and cold tap was tight. Idiots after 2300 slamming doors, not staff I add.

Liked: Room was big, bed was comfy, free parking, breakfast was very tasty.
Disliked: Room was on the road and I was woken up several times by drunk people outside in the early hours. I was really hot so had to crack the windows and have the fan on. For superior room there were no extras- just basic hand soap in bathroom, tea tray was basic. Not quite what I'd expected. Breakfast was great when we got it but we sat for nearly 40 mins and there were only six people in the restaurant. Staff in restaurant were lovely.

Liked: Location was good for where we were going. Breakfast was lovely,but wouldn't pay the prices.
Disliked: Room,we were right at the top, in the attic.Shower ,the shower head was over the bath.Position of bath-under the apex of the roof.Couldn t stand up to have shower.TV- was leant against wall,sat on cabinet. Couldn t be viewed properly. Floor creaky,afraid of disturbing people in room underneath. No teaspoon,only stirrer.Couldnt see out of skylight,wall 3/4 way up.
