Disliked: all ok - stairs a bit tricky for older person

Disliked: Cleanliness, decor and facilities very dated, bathroom in particular was terrible with a broken bath panel and a toilet seat in desperate need of replacement. Shower was cold and had no pressure, bed had a very poor quality mattress. Whole of the accommodation needs a full revamp.

Disliked: The mains sockets in my room kept tripping so outside of lights I had no power

Liked: The location was central with the rooms to the rear off the Main Street which kept it quiet from the traffic through the Main Street. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and overall comfortable
Disliked: The hotel as with all at the moment is needing investment for a refresh. It would be good to have curtains in the room rather than just blinds but that is a personal preference. The heating was too warm for me but then I am from the north and Biggleswade was overall warmer than my home location, I could not see any way of controlling that in the room
