Liked: Lovely hotel in Rochester

Our first choice for booking...

Liked: Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Wonderful fitness center. Ample off street parking.
Disliked: Full breakfast buffet only offered on weekends. Continental buffet during the week not worth the price; better to order off the menu.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dinner was lovely.
Disliked: We ended up in an accessible room which we did not need or want. The shower was awful

Liked: Beautiful inside and out. Great location. Good parking.

Liked: I think they’re doing the best they can with an older property without having to do a complete Reno - it was extremely clean and staff were friendly, professional and attentive.
Disliked: It’s a bit dated. Low ceilings, but what can you do?

Liked: The property itself was fine and in a good location. They had free Wi-Fi, which was great.
Disliked: The restaurant char was horrible for dinner. Likely one of the worst restaurant experiences food wise I have ever encountered. Oddly, there didn’t seem to be a lot of good restaurant choices locally.
