Enjoyable Stay

Liked: The receptionist was friendly after arriving late and exhausted, he made checking in smooth and quick and we were able to enjoy our night.
Disliked: Nothing, the stay was enjoyable and would definitely come back.

Liked: Excellent location, near the station, shopping center and ABBA stadium. Hotel was really nicely furnished, top spec. Staff exceptional, even arranged a card and chocolates for our arrival as it was a special birthday. Can highly recommend.

Lovel hotel would definitely stay...

Liked: The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful.Room was spacious comfortable and clean Breakfast was amazing
Disliked: Only concern was the mini bar price and the deduction taken from deposit

Wonderful place to stay as...

Liked: Excellent location, very clean, lovely ‘Jo Loves’ brand toiletries! Quiet room. Excellent temperature control in room. Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: Couldn’t find reception on arrival!

Great location

Liked: Great location for Abba Arena. Room spotless, bed so comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. Nice choice of breakfast, either hot or cold. Nice bar area and plenty of seating.
Disliked: Can't understand why you have to pay a service charge at the bar when you haven't used the waiter service and gone to the bar yourself. Would have liked complimentary water in the room. Quite misleading when they leave a chocolate bar, crisps and a small bottle of wine with 2 glasses etc on display but it is actually chargeable. Lighting could have been better in the room. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly apart from a lady in the restaurant on the Saturday morning who struggled to smile.
