Liked: The hotel itself is clean and room was fine. A few things stacked up to make our stay kind of a bummer. When we got to our room that was allegedly ready 3 hours before we arrived, the maid was still in the room cleaning and so we waited 20 minutes in the hallway for her to finish cleaning rather than going down stairs and waiting in line to get a new room. Not that big of a deal… but it doesn’t stop there.We stayed 1 night and our toilet was clogged after the first flush. Tried to get a hold of housekeeping or front desk to notify them and the phone just kept ringing and rerouting. I Finally got a response from the virtual assistant … 3 hours after we checked out. The pool is open from 10a- 6p. What kind of pool hours are those? There were huge groups of people waiting to get on the elevators and you have to swipe to get to your floor and the whole process is awkward with multiple groups getting on the elevator and trying to coordinate swiping. The chi Asian restaurant was ok at best. Service was also just ok. Told the server it was my son’s birthday and she giggled and said happy birthday. Everyone looked around awkwardly. Ok, guess they don’t do those there. The hotel has a dessert eatery which my son was looking forward to trying since we were there for his bday, but it’s on floor 108 and you have to pay to go up into the tower even as a guest of the hotel and all you want to do is buy a dessert. Lastly I paid and tipped at the valet window and the valet guy who pulled up my car literally didn’t say a word to me, I tried to ask him if he needed my ticket and he just stared at me. I then had to take my keys from his hand as he just stood there and looked at me. So awkward and rude. I can’t say we’ll be back.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
