Staff was awesome, friendly and...

Liked: The tower we stayed at was close to the self parking which made it easy to commute to and from. The Room was standard in size, 2 queen beds. The AC was great and the vent to open for fresh air was even better. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower was backed up. The drain was not going down so you are showering and the water is filling to your calves. No coffee pot in the room or refrigerator.

Liked: It was easy to access and clean
Disliked: There was no mini fridge for left overs

It was a good room....

Liked: The location for sure was good.
Disliked: It was okay but the laundry team need to do better it was hair in my towels. The laundry needs to be cleaned with more bleach or laundry detergent.

Memorable

Liked: Loved the Amenities of the Hotel. Very demure
Disliked: The Rooms don’t even have a kettle or a microwave for guests convenience.

Wont be staying here again....

Liked: STAFF: Aside from one very rude waitress circulating the floor, everyone was pleasant. Having a McDonalds and Fat Tuesday on site was nice.
Disliked: ROOM: Bed was very uncomfortable - I could feel the lumpy mattress protector. Sheets were ok. Pillows were too small.* Shower squealed when in use - husband took an early morning shower that woke me up - he couldn't adjust it to stop. The shower curtain didn't even fit the rod. Sink drained very slow. * Our room was right next to a very nosey Ice machine - could hear it all night - Why put us there when it appeared half the hotel was empty? * No refrigerator is odd for a 'resort' hotel. CLEAN: Could hear other rooms doors slamming shut also most of the night.* A used Q-tip laid in the middle of the hallway the entire stay - cleaning staff up and down the halls and no one picked it up. Gross.LOCATION: Way too far from the strip, but we knew that going into it so that is on us. What we didn't know was that the area around hotel is very sketchy. STAFF: The massive security presence on Saturday was a bit off putting.
