Great location.

Liked: The blonde lady at the front desk and the African American female at the bar/restaurant were so pleasant and friendly. The lighting in the bathroom was the best I've ever seen. The pool/cabana areas were nice as well.
Disliked: The African American female at the front desk was extremely rude. She was the 1st person we encountered when walking into the hotel and were not impressed. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and the shower pressure was terrible. Body wash should be provided in the bathroom. The lotion and bar soap should be replaced with body wash. I travel a lot for my daughters travel cheer team and this is the 1st hotel I've been to that didn't supply body wash.

Liked: The breakfast was not hot and not enough choices each day. The check in clerk either didn’t want to be there or was simply in a bad mood. But after she finished with me her coworker walked in and she seemed to have a mood enhancement.

Liked: First impression, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our room. It had a nice view of the beach and small balcony to sit outside. They have a sink, microwave, dishwasher, a few dishes, but no refrigerator. We enjoyed the pool, it isn't very large or deep, but it was heated. The hot tub was hot and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was nice.
Disliked: A small refrigerator would be far more helpful than a dishwasher imo. Because it was off season, the bar was closed the exact days we were there.
