Liked: Hotel is in a great location, only 20mins from the eikon exhibition centre. The rooms are immaculate and the shower is great. The staff were very friendly and able to answer any questions we had.

A very nice top end...

Liked: Check in was laborious, took an age, amazed large top end hotel had only 1 member of staff checking people in. Who was totally unaware of size of queue and lacked any kind of urgency. Upside the mattresses were to die for and whole place was immaculately clean.
