Liked: Great hotel, always a nice welcome when you arrive . Lovely and clean and comfortable bed. We have stayed here 4 times abd always look forward to coming back . Fantastic breakfast with great choice

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the Irish breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: Check-in process was terrible. I prepaid the booking on this website a week before the stay and was told very insistently by the receptionist that the booking hadn’t been paid and she needed my credit card. Then, her male colleague (heavy-set man with glasses) appeared who was beyond rude and said that it was my problem to solve with booking.com and they were not going to do anything about the discrepancy. Cleaning was also much to be desired for - we put towels on the bathroom floor to be changed, they were just hanged back; for two people and two nights they provided one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of shower gel which were not replenished after the first night, also housekeeping didn’t bother to wash dirty tea cups or restock any tea bags in the room. On Sunday of the check-out the housekeeping was knocking on our door at 11:01 asking us to leave the room. The location is pretty far from the city centre (20 min by bus or Uber).

Liked: Lovely hotel,comfortable and clean.good facilities for those with mobility issues.
Disliked: Only one bottle of body wash and one of shampoo.We were told these when leaving that these are concentrated and one bottle does two peopleA note in bathroom would be helpful.I was not happy about that. Also there was no sugar in room,we could have rung reception for some but it should have been there.

I would definitely recommend but...

Disliked: Bedrooms overheated and no way to regulate making sleep difficult
