Dirty rooms

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Got given a room that had dirty sheets and towels, the room hadn't been cleaned since the last guests.They did move us to another room but there was no apology.The rooms were very dirty, furniture broken, bathroom doors don't shut.

Had a very bad experience

Liked: Not anything other than the location.
Disliked: Everything, the reception, it’s not clean , the heating was not working. When asked we were asked to collect from the ground floor. The room lights were not working when asked, we are told to use the lamp instead.

Disliked: It was disgusting everything about it.

Liked: Worst hotel. Don't even think about it. Poor facilities. Damp smelly and worst bedding
Disliked: Damp walls. Baf smell

Scary, dangerous, dirty, noisy.

Liked: Nothing at all, it was very dangerous stay as staff are abusive and don't care about health and safety, or of smoking and noisy guests etc.
Disliked: Very dirty rooms throughout the building, i saw about 10 rooms totally filthy with all the doors wide open, the room i was put in, smelled of mold, when you flush the toilet water leaked out, when i asked the staff for help he got aggressive, he lifted off the top of the toilet and flushed it and water sprayed up him and into the air, all over the floor, he fixed the toilet and stormed out, leaving everything soaking wet, he didn't clean it up or offer a room change, i had to use the towel to clean it up myself. The carpet stayed wet and it was the start of a really crappy stay that just got worse as the hours went on.The bathroom was also dirty, the bed was painful. The hotel is very noisy from outside, cars, drunks, drug addicts and seagulls, and really noisy 24 hours from inside the room, as the room below, was playing TV all day and all night, the staff didn't care, and said i can leave if i want to, and won't get a refund, it was stressful and painful to try and get any sleep, the people in the room below seemed to be very dangerous and didn't care, the staff was very abusive and rude and also didn't care. It was a very scary, sdangerous and painfull stay.

Disliked: After a 3 hour journey with 4 children we get to the hotel and press the bell at reception to check in. We waited half an hour and nobody came out . I knocked on doors and nothing. I then found a phone number on a piece of paper sellotaped to the glass door to call. The man that answered told me someone was there and to press the bell again. After waiting another 10 mins or so an Asian man came in and walked straight past us and into the door behind reception. He didn't even acknowledge us!!!I. Every time I phoned back he declined my call so used my partners phone and he answered. I was then told to go behind the desk and help myself to the 2 room keys. We went to our rooms as we had 2. They were vile. The decor was vile but I was more concerned out the springy mattresses, poor windows that made the room freezing cold and the blood stain on the sheet on one bed. It was that vile none of us had showers there. I don't expect the ritz but I do expect cleanliness. There's sellotape around switches also a fire hazardAbsolutely vile!!!!!

Disliked: This hotel is discussing i went with a 6 year my elderly father and sister we booked 3 rooms and they was vile we left after seeing rooms and booked another hotel when we booked in the man on the desk was drunk but didnt judge, we went to the rooms and there was blood sprayed up the walls and the door of my room when I went into the room it smelt of drains the bedding was dirty the duvet was yellow and stained the carpet was discussing my sisters and father's room wasn't any better it smelt of urine, and was filthy, when we left the man who booked us in way passed out in the entrance of the bnb next door yes you get what you pay for but the rooms I booked around the corner was spotless clean with friendly staff and was same price

Disliked: Unfortunately the place was run down. Funny smells when you walked into main reception. Dirty bathroom. Bed ok clean sheets . Slept ok. Friendly staff at reception.
