Awful-we left.

Liked: Beautiful landscaping
Disliked: My husband is disabled and there was no porter to help us. We were too far for him to walk to the restaurant. The air conditioner was broken and it was warm. WE LEFT. we want a refund.

Liked: Beautiful grounds and public spaces.Romantic and historical vibe.Excellent staff!!
Disliked: There were times the wait staff didn’t have adequate personnel scheduled to work alongside them.

Liked: The property was fine, the value for money was good. We liked the size of the property and the generous size of the rooms.
Disliked: It’s far from actual Santa Barbara and therefore you have to use car if you want to get anywhere.

Disliked: Room wasn’t clean and the AC wasn’t working properly and we were unable to get breakfast at barely 10:30
