Not quite the Four Seasons,...

Liked: Location was excellent. Service was excellent. Love all the Cornell themed touches. Restaurant was very good, but seemed not that luxurious.
Disliked: Interiors were a little dated. Gym - very small.

Liked: Location right on campus. Wonderful staff. Amazing view of the clock tower, lake, and campus.

Nice location to stay in...

Liked: Very nice and comfortable rooms, top location inside Cornell campus. Super clean.
Disliked: We were locked out of our room because the battery in the electronic lock went out, but the staff resolved it very quickly. The only annoyance I had was that the refillable bottles of water that they used were not refillable by guests, there was no refill station. You needed to locate staff in order to exchange it, which was annoying because they were rather small.

Nice hotel in convenient location...

Liked: Clean room and sheets and room did not smell. Bathroom nice and clean and modern. However room was very small.
Disliked: Banfi for breakfast was subpar. Food was greasy or salty and my order was not done properly twice. Pancakes were dry. I asked for cream sauce on side and eggs not to be runny and I got cream on my food and eggs were runny. Service was ok.
